• We provide free shipping on all pre-paid orders above 500 and INR 50/- for orders below 500.
• COD is available only to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. We don’t accept COD options outsides Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. There are no additional COD Charges for Cash-On-Delivery Orders above Rs.500/-.

Delivery: All our products are dispatched within 48-72 hrs from our warehouse and once dispatched, it may take up to 2-5 days (most metro cities) &  5-10 days (non-metro or remote areas) to reach your given address. However, due to COVID-19 there have been unexpected delays. Please refer the announcement section for the current dispatch timeline. We usually make sure the products reach you within the specified timeline but in case there is any major delay we'll keep you updated. Also, these timelines do not apply during Festive and End of Season Sales due to the high volume of orders. Please check our announcement section for the updated dispatch time.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail or Whatsapp message with a tracking link.

IMPORTANT: We use 3rd Party courier service providers for shipping our orders. Any delay at the courier's end is beyond our control. For any such cases, where the product is stuck in transit or not delivered at the promised time, we would assist you in getting connected with the respective support helpline of the courier company. Unfortunately, expediting a shipment is practically beyond our scope of support and we don't want to set any false expectations in this matter.
